Stephen Ministry provides an efficient method for organizing and training a group of church members known as Stephen Ministers. These ministers offer one-on-one care by listening to, praying for, and supporting individuals facing various life challenges. People may request a visit from a Stephen Minister for issues such as grieving the loss of a loved one, dealing with a major illness, going through a divorce, experiencing job loss, struggling with substance abuse, or facing other life difficulties.
