Due to weather conditions and to ensure everyone’s safety, the church office will be closed today, and all activities for the day are cancelled, to include Wednesday night meal and Ash Wednesday 7pm worship.  We invite you to view our online Ash Wednesday devotion which will play on our website at 12:00pm and replay again at 7:00pm.  It will also be available to view online anytime after 12:00pm today on our facebook page or youtube channel.

Please stay safe, and may the peace of Christ be with you as you begin your Lenten journey.

Lent is a time in the church year for us to slow down, return to God, re-center ourselves, re-engage in faith practices, and journey together as a community and with Christians throughout the world for this season beginning with Ash Wednesday and leading up to the celebration of Christ’s passion and resurrection in Holy Week and Easter. We have all been through a lot in the last few years, with the upheaval from the pandemic, transitions in the life of Hope, and changes in all our lives in general. This Lenten season we invite you to take time to pause, release, reflect, and re-engage, as together we “exhale” and find Holy rest in God.
