INFORMATION FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS

GENERAL INFORMATION

TRAVEL INFORMATION

We will leave about 11:30 am on Sunday, July 9.  It takes about 5.5 hours, and this gives a chance for bathroom and snack breaks.  PLEASE PACK A LUNCH AND DRINKS FOR THE RIDE!


We will leave Kenosha on the morning of Saturday, July 15.  We will text parents once we are on our way.


SLEEPING and SHOWERING ARRANGEMENTS

Girls and boys will be sleeping at opposite ends of the church in Kenosha (St. Mary's Lutheran Church) and there will be a zero tolerance policy for being in the wrong sleeping area at any time. We will be showering at the YMCA each evening beginning on Monday.


COST

$52 for food (per person for the week)

$25 (baseball game (includes souvenir hat) and T-shirt per person

Between $70 and $140 for van rental,, fuel, and tolls per student


This cost will be offset by the fundraising we’ve been doing.  We have raised money with the Tree of Faith and also with the Parents Night Out.  We will also do a car wash in July (date TBD).  Once we have final fundraising totals, we will give you a refund.


Once transportation is finalized, you will receive a final total for the trip and you can turn in checks to Susanna by July 9.

Chaperones for the trip are Denise O’Rourke and Susanna Muzzin.
