Vendor information

Vendors are invited to participate for free in our Alternative Christmas Fair by setting up a table display and selling items or services, with proceeds going to your organization - your organization will keep all proceeds from your sales. 

Please note that 100% of the proceeds must go to the organization you represent in order to be eligible to attend. For our part, we will provide the space, advertising and a festive atmosphere befitting the season.

Because the main goal of this event is to get the word out about charitable and non-profit organizations, we require participating "vendors" to share information and literature about their organizations and to have this information at your table.  Another requirement is that you offer a tangible good, gift card, or service that potential shoppers might choose to take home as a gift or stocking stuffer for friends and family.
